About This Project

LiDAR Phenotyping Platform is an advanced web-based system designed to automate the extraction of phenotypic traits from 3D point cloud data. It integrates the AgriFormer deep learning model with an interactive visualization interface to provide agricultural researchers with accurate, efficient crop analysis tools.

The platform features real-time 3D point cloud visualization and deep learning-based above-ground biomass (AGB) prediction, enabling precision agriculture research and analysis.
